Uisce Technology is proud to offer our new flood prevention systems as part of our Clean Water Programme.
Our flood prevention systems can be put in place in matter of minutes and once the danger has passed, it can be disassembled just as easily and neatly stowed away ready for the next time. Once you have clipped on a Floodguard, the more the water rises the tighter the seal becomes. A Floodguard works like a dam under pressure and continues working, regardless of whether the water is still, flowing or creating waves.
Floodguards are a hygienically safe product, which not only stops floodwater entering your property, but is also simple to use and re-use repeatedly. They offer a quicker, more effective and viable alternative to the traditional method of flood protection, with the inherent contaminants and application problems associated with using sandbags.
Our Flood Prevention Systems have the British Standards Institution (BSI) Kitemark Licence PAS1188: 1 and 2 approved and also have achieved the Quality Standards ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 Awards.
